    My client is a global conglomerate and leader in fiber-based materials. They have several divisions within the company, including an established Filtration Division. They are at the forefront of cutting-edge technologies, committed to advancing bioprocess filtration solutions for diverse applications. As they continue to expand their portfolio, they are seeking a skilled and experienced R&D Bioprocess Manager to play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing their Bioprocess Filtration Portfolio.

    Job Description

    Portfolio Development: Lead the development of the Bioprocess Filtration Portfolio, leveraging both new and existing assets to meet market demands and industry trends.

    Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in bioprocessing and filtration technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation in our product offerings.

    Technical Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on bioprocess filtration, providing technical support and guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders.

    Training and Demos: Design and conduct comprehensive application and product training sessions, both internally and externally. Develop engaging product demos to showcase the capabilities of our filtration solutions.

    Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Sales, and Marketing, to align product development with market needs and customer requirements.

    Quality Assurance: Ensure that products meet the highest quality standards through effective testing and validation processes.

    The Successful Applicant

  • Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant scientific discipline (Bioprocess Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, etc.).
  • 3-5 years of experience within a bio-filtration equipment or media supplier
  • Proven experience in bioprocess filtration and portfolio development.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions and product demonstrations. What's on Offer
