We are seeking two Occupational Therapists (Full-time or Part-time) to join our team in thriving Tacoma, WA at our 60-bed short term stay rehab facility, Avamere Transitional Care of Puget Sound. As an OTR with Avamere Rehab, you will join a team with a culture and mission to enhance the life of every person we serve. This is a beautiful newly renovated resort-like facility that features a large rehab gym surrounded by glass for an open feel, as well as a 24-hour bistro open to employees.
Avamere Rehab provides in-house therapy in our Avamere Living communities throughout Oregon and Washington. Avamere Living began in 1995 and has grown to become the industry leader in the Pacific Northwest for Skilled Nursing and Post-Acute Care. At Avamere our rehab professionals build lasting relationships with patients & residents, their families, and fellow team members. The purpose of this position is to provide and direct all aspects of quality patient care, including evaluation and treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation according to organization's guidelines, professional standards, and community needs. Compensation range commensurate with experience: $39-$53 /hour
