    SUMMARY

    The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing capability and driving incremental sales growth with our mid-tier accounts by executing sales processes and company objectives. Collaborates with sales management and selling team partners regionally to deliver sales retention and growth. This role will execute sales through remote digital selling and minimal travel.

    This is a remote position; candidates can live anywhere in the US.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Identify and partner with key influencers/ stakeholders to build relationships, establish credibility and build targeted capability and favorability towards Andersen products, systems, and programs.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers at assigned accounts through effective, results-focused business planning meetings that result in actionable tactics to accomplish sales objectives. Measure and monitor account performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
    • Promote Andersen's product and brands through training awareness initiatives, document collateral, video and web conferencing, and occasional field visits.
    • Deliver, execute, and manage programs and promotions to assigned dealers.
    • Operate the CRM (customer relationship management) to manage opportunity pipeline converting quotes to orders and ensure authentic contact information and call activity is captured.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    • 4-year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience in inside sales or customer experience support of fenestration and/or consumer products.
    • Experience with Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) preferred.
    • Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
    • Strong communication skills required (verbal and written) that allow for the translating of customer requirements to internal partners and persuading account stakeholders.
    • Strong presentation and collaboration skills to train and transfer knowledge.
    • Inside sales and/ or customer experience preferred but not required

    In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
