Overview: Soliant Education is looking for a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2024/2025 school year in Yakima, Washington. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive school environment, helping students improve their communication skills and achieve their academic goals.

Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, and cognitive-communication disorders in students.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with various communication challenges.
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate speech therapy techniques into daily activities and educational programs.
Maintain detailed records of students progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
Valid Washington state license for Speech-Language Pathology.
Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
