    As an Account Manager, you will be a key liaison between our clients and the internal technical teams.

    Your primary focus will be on providing excellent support to clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience while using our AI platform.


    Location :
    Glendale, CA (On-site ONLY)

    Responsibilities:

    Client Assistance:
    Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with our AI platform.

    Provide timely and courteous support through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.

    Guide clients in utilizing and customizing the AI platform to meet their specific needs.


    Issue Triage:
    Receive, categorize, and prioritize client inquiries and issues.

    Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution for clients.


    Product Education:
    Develop a comprehensive understanding of our AI platform and stay informed about updates and new features.

    Assist clients in understanding the platform's capabilities and best practices, promoting efficient and effective usage.


    Qualifications:
    At least Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
    Strong interest in machine learning concepts.
    Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
    Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
    Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences


    Preferred Skills:
    Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and platforms.

    Previous experience in customer support or client-facing roles.

    Salary :
    $40k - $50k
