Medical History: Onset Alzheimer's/ Short term memory loss/ Arthritis (Left) knee is worse- Bone on Bone

Must be able to transfer client in and out of bed. Getting client dressed for the day. Wears pull ups

Sponge Bathing on a daily and showering is needed at least 2x a week.

Ambulation: Chair lift to go upstairs/downstairs. wheelchair and walker

He's independent with brushing his teeth, combing his hair, washing his face, grabbing a fork, spoon and cutting his food.

Meal prep is done by his wife.
