    Description
    Our client is a clinical-stage biopharma company developing a pipeline of drug candidates which are designed to improve the benefits of drugs for patients.

    Duties:
    • Applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
    • Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
    • Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions.
    • Acts independently within overall guidelines and objectives.
    • Independently provides general facilities support throughout the organization.
    • Proactively maintains areas of responsibility, assessing and anticipating needs, supplies and resources.
    • Ensures office supplies inventory in the copy areas is maintained.
    • Provides support and set up for conference rooms.
    • Maintains the Facilities department calendar.
    • Responsible for updating and assigning Facilities-related training in the Company Resource Center.
    • Provide support to the CMMS maintenance system.
    • Coordinates employee seating including managing personnel moves and onboard/offboard area readiness.
    • Expected to execute front desk (receptionist) duties.
    • Responsible for multiple vendor account(s), placing special request orders, maintaining inventory and approving invoices.
    • Presents and maintains the facilities section of new employee orientation, ensuring all materials are kept current.
    • Administers the department work ticket system to ensure work is directed to the appropriate resources.
    • Assists in the tracking of the department budget and finances.
    • Generates purchase orders, manages contracts, and coordinates the approval of invoices as required.
    • Proactively identifies problems to avert adverse customer impact. Performs other duties as assigned.
    Skills:
    • Good communication skills both oral and written are a must.
    • Excellent customer service skills are a must.
    • Good computer skills are required.
    • Excellent organizational skills are required.
    • Must have an ability to multi-task.
    Education:
    • Requires a minimum of a High School diploma.
    • Equivalent experience may be accepted.
    • A minimum of 4 years industry experience in office services is required.
    • Experience working in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry is a plus.
