- Responsible for updating and assigning Facilities-related training in the Company Resource Center.
- Provide support to the CMMS maintenance system.
- Coordinates employee seating including managing personnel moves and onboard/offboard area readiness.
- Expected to execute front desk (receptionist) duties.
- Responsible for multiple vendor account(s), placing special request orders, maintaining inventory and approving invoices.
- Presents and maintains the facilities section of new employee orientation, ensuring all materials are kept current.
- Administers the department work ticket system to ensure work is directed to the appropriate resources.
- Assists in the tracking of the department budget and finances.
- Generates purchase orders, manages contracts, and coordinates the approval of invoices as required.
- Proactively identifies problems to avert adverse customer impact. Performs other duties as assigned.
- Good communication skills both oral and written are a must.
- Excellent customer service skills are a must.
- Good computer skills are required.
- Excellent organizational skills are required.
- Must have an ability to multi-task.
- Requires a minimum of a High School diploma.
- Equivalent experience may be accepted.
- A minimum of 4 years industry experience in office services is required.
- Experience working in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry is a plus.
