    Long term project 12+ months
    Shift: Day shift
    Hybrid Schedule - 3 onsite/2 remote
    Interviews: 1 phone/TEAMS, then 1 more technical interview ONSITE.

    As an Systems Engineer for the Multi-Platform EGPWS Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning System (EGPWS) Systems Core Development program within the company aero business, you will contribute to the team as a Systems Engineer and grow and expand your skills on exciting new projects. You will contribute to proposals to address future business opportunities, provide your ideas for problem solving and be part of a product and team that has a positive impact on aviation safety.

    • Bachelors degree in Engineering
    • 3 years Aerospace Experience doing Systems Engineering work
    • US citizenship
    • Aircraft Systems knowledge or piloting background
    • Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning System(EGPWS) or TAWS experience
    • Aviation Safety experience or knowledge
    • FAA Regulations and industry standards knowledge
    • ARP4754, DO-178, DO-254, DO-160 knowledge
    • Agile development process knowledge and experience
    • TSO, STC and Aircraft Type Certification knowledge and experience
    • Interest and commitment to aviation safety
    • DOORS, TeamCenter, ClearCase/ClearQuest, Jira, BitBucket, etc
    • Knowledge of the systems development lifecycle
    • Individuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts.
    • Diverse and global teaming and collaboration
    • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done.
    • Ability to adapt dictated by project changes
    • Multi-tasking and has the ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks.
    • An understanding of data structures to provide analytical problem solving
