The Admission/Float RN reports to a Kansas City Hospice Team Manager He/she is responsible for providing informational visits and hospice admissions and/or making visits as needed to support the IDT in providing care to patients and families While based from the Overland Park KS office this position is expected to develop competence and work as needed throughout the organization The Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Requirements Current Kansas Missouri RN license Stellar critical thinking skills ,and ability ,to work autonomously Minimum of one year experience,in caring for actively dying patients preferred Home Health or Hospice experience preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Office Licensed drivers with reliable transportationand auto insurance CPR certification required Good interpersonal communications skills are requiredJob description
