    POSITION SUMMARY Under the direction of the Director of Radiology, Chief Radiologist and the State of Vermont is responsible for the care and safety of patients having nuclear medicine scans; radioactive materials and use of nuclear medicine equipment; maintaining records and reports necessary according to hospital and Nuclear Regulatory Commission; stocking supplies, booking and organizing the schedule; practicing ALARA concept and performing quality control procedures.

    Graduate of accredited programs by the Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification Board and/or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists


    EXPERIENCE/SKILL SETS:
    One year experience in nuclear medicine preferred.# ## LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION(S): Licensed by the state of Vermont in Nuclear Medicine. Certified in venipuncture CPR Certified
