    assist with some compliance matters; and support the company's mergers and acquisition activity, including managing and conducting due diligence, contract review and negotiation, and provide contract training to business associates throughout the organization.


    Prepare and/or reviews contracts involving various substantive areas of law: including, but not limited to, commercial, real estate, compliance, licensing and employment
    Provide corporate governance advice to the organization, including preparation of policies.
    Enhance the effectiveness of the legal department through the participation in staff meetings', training, and the positive interaction with internal and external clients
    Responsible for foreseeing and protecting the company against legal risks
    Provide support in non-transactional legal matters, as needed

    Must be able to read, analyze and interpret complex documents
    Second Language, Spanish and / or Mandarin is a plus

    Must be a graduate of an accredited law school
    ~ 5 to 10 years' of experience in a corporate or law firm setting; Must have experience with commercial, real estate, contract and corporate law
