Responsibilities:

• Ensure all medical services comply with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Regularly update protocols to align with industry best practices and legal requirements.

Protocol Development and Implementation:

- Develop and implement medical protocols to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of preventative care programs

Provider Training and Development:

• Conduct training sessions for rendering providers to ensure understanding of Vitability Health's mission, protocols, and quality standards.

Chart Review and Quality Assurance:

• Oversee patient chart reviews to guarantee accurate documentation and adherence to established protocols.
• Implement quality assurance measures to enhance overall care quality.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Foster effective communication between medical staff, administrative personnel, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement initiatives that enhance overall performance and impact.

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution and active medical license.
• Leadership experience in healthcare, preferably in preventative care for seniors.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, protocols, and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team.
