    DutiesDesign Machine Electrical and Fluid Controls using AutoCAD LTSupport Manufacturing During the Controls Installation ProcessIntegrate and Troubleshoot Machine ControlsCreate Machine Controls DocumentationProvide Customer Support Including Onsite Installation and TroubleshootingWork With Controls Engineering Manager on Various Continuous Improvement InitiativesMaintain a Clean and Orderly WorkspaceRequirementsQualified candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineer or Engineering Technology with a minimum of two years' experience, or an Associates's Degree in Electrical Design with a minimum of five years' experience.


    Knowledge of:
    Power DistributionMotor Drives (AC/DC)Safety Circuits
    • Allen Bradley, Pilz, Schmersal, etc.
    PLC and HMI Logic and Programming
    • Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.
    Pneumatic Circuits and DevicesProficient with 2D CAD
    • AutoCAD LT is a plusTroubleshooting controls systems and circuitsProficient with Microsoft Office Word, ExcelFamiliar with NEC, NFPA, UL codes, ANSI B11, OSHA, Industry Accepted Guarding practices, etc.
    Proficient at planning and project managementAbility to meet challenging deadlines is essentialStrong organizational skillsSupportive of internal and external customers needsRobot Integration experience is a plus
    • Motoman, Fanuc, Kuka, Panasonic, ABB, etc.
    Ability to communicate well with customers, team members, management, etc.
    Ability and willingness to travelAdaptable and self-motivated learnerBasic understanding of GMA Welding is a plus
