- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document residents' vital signs and medical history
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assess residents' needs and develop care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for residents
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families
- Document all nursing care provided and maintain accurate medical records
- Adhere to all nursing standards and regulations
- Current RN license in the state of Utah
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a long-term care facility
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills
