Wednesday through Saturday 2 -10 Assisting chef in maintaining the sanitation prep levels, and maintenance of our facility.

For the right fulltime associate the responsibilities will be many and varied. this position might appeal to an older chef who is no longer interested in line cooking.

Duties will be based on level of experience.

• Washing dishes and other cleaning tasks associated with nightly kitchen hours and daily closing
• Assisting chef in daily prep schedule. following recipes to create some of Gigi's fabulous recipes.
• Maintaining front of house to ensure positive guest experiences. Utilizing an eye for detail to work indepently to achive positive results.

• This position starts at 15.00 per hour. ability to achieve raises based on dependability and performance

no experience nessesary flexible shifts wednesday and thursday 4-10 friday and saturday 4-11

must be physically able to perform job, have transportation to and from work, be dependable, and willing to work as part of the team.
