- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing and creative design, deploying new strategic ideas for clients.
- Drive the maturation of content practices towards a more process-driven approach.
- Demonstrate operational expertise to efficiently handle dynamism and fluctuations in content workload across projects.
- Effectively manage content delivery operations to align with business objectives for scalability, efficiency, and success.
- Lead and inspire a large team of content and creative professionals, ensuring optimal performance.
- Attract, develop, and retain talent to build and grow a high-performing content team.
- Foster effective cross-functional partnerships with Account Management, Sales, SEO and UX solution teams.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in content creation, creative direction, and management, particularly within the enterprise client context. Experience in the Banking and Finance industry is a plus.
- A track record of successfully leading content and creative teams to drive measurable results.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, SEO, and content marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to internal and external audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- An appetite for simplifying complex workstreams with proactive, creative solutions.
- Experience working with cross-cultural and remote-first teams.
