- Under general supervision, performs work in the construction, repair and maintenance of structures and related physical facilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and drawings.
- Design, build, remodel, retrofit, maintain and repair various types of facilities and structures.
- Must have own hand tools for use.
- Form sidewalks, pads, grade beams, and other ground level structures
- Safely strip wall form systems
- Safely build wall form and deck form systems
- Uses levels, rules, plumb bobs, framing squares, and surveying equipment to ensure everything is level and secure.
