    Description
    Position Overview RMGS, Inc
    is currently recruiting a Maritime Maintenance/Inspection SME in Virginia Beach, VA; Washington, DC; Indian Head, MD, in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), McAlester Detachment
    **This position is contingent upon contract award


    • Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Initiates, supervises, and/or develops requirements from a project's inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs.
    • Provides strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff.
    • Provides detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues.
    • Consults with client to define need or problem.
    • Supervises studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions

    Required Qualifications and Experience:

    • BA or BS degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Engineering, Operation Research, Computer Science or related scientific or technical discipline.
    • At least fifteen (15) years of experience, background, and knowledge of one or more Defense programs is required.
    • Personnel shall be fluent in Spanish.
    • Experience in Naval Maritime Maintenance/Inspection is highly desired.
    • Secret security clearance or the ability to qualify for such clearance upon employment.
