- Oversee all surgical services operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Set strategic vision for the department, promote service line growth, and maintain strong physician relations.
- Develop and lead programs to expand patient services and improve surgical procedures and patient care.
- Responsible for fiscal management, departmental operations, and staff leadership.
- BSN required; Master's in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration preferred.
- Current RN license as per state law; CNOR, CSSM certifications preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in acute care management/director role in surgical services.
