    Job Summary:
    Sales associates at Keough's Paint and Hardware play a crucial role in upholding the company's values by delivering exceptional customer service. They are responsible for assisting customers, maintaining a clean sales floor, and expanding their knowledge of the retail industry. The key responsibilities include:

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers in person and over the phone, answering inquiries, helping locate merchandise, and suggesting related products.
    • Create a welcoming atmosphere by ensuring the sales floor is tidy and well-organized.
    • Inform customers about upcoming promotions and new items.
    • Help customers load purchases into their vehicles.
    • Arrange products following set planograms and monitor signage.
    • Restock shelves and participate in stock checks.
    • Maintain store presentation by facing and fronting products.
    • Support store staff with various duties.
    • Prevent theft by recognizing suspicious behavior and adhering to store protocols.
    • Comply with store policies and safety guidelines.
    • Offer key cutting services to customers.
