DescriptionIn this role, you will impact the overall success of our programs by ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively, contributing to the organization's competitiveness and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the execution of strategic programs from initiation to closure.
- Develop program plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor program progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
- Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in program management or related roles.
- Proficiency in program management software and tools.

The annual base salary range for this position is $114,000- $142,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
