    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our in-office accounting team. This role is responsible for applying customer payments in QuickBooks, monitoring outstanding balances, and working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate collections.
    The ideal candidate has strong QuickBooks experience, excellent follow-up skills, and is comfortable communicating with both internal teams and customers regarding payment status.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Apply and post customer payments accurately in QuickBooks
    • Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments
    • Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure timely payment resolution
    • Coordinate with customer service, order processing, and operations teams regarding account status
    • Work with internal teams to ensure accounts are placed on or removed from hold based on payment status
    • Communicate with the sales team regarding customer payment issues, holds, and required follow-ups
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to accounts receivable activity
    • Assist with other accounts receivable and accounting-related tasks as needed
    Compensation: $ $24.00 per hour
