Kerengende - Research and Partnership VISTA

Kerengende Foundation believes that girls who have experienced sexual trauma are more resilient when their families don't feel alone. Every day, we help these families through building a healing community connected to information, support resources, and education.

We also provide vulnerable girls and their families with the support and education they need to prevent ,respond to, and heal from sexual violence.

As our communities continue to learn how best to support girls and families in need, we are stronger together.

The Research and Partnership VISTA will build organizational capacity for Kerengende Foundation by expanding funding opportunities, volunteer engagement, and building up data management practices to increase capacity for direct services.

Key objectives include identifying and managing funding opportunities, including grants, donor relations, and events, developing and managing volunteer and community engagement programs, and increasing data management and reporting practices.

Member Duties :

The Research and Partnership VISTA will improve Kerengende Foundations' overall fundraising efforts by researching, identifying, and preparing grants, creating partnerships with individual and corporate donors, recruiting, training, and managing volunteers, developing and implementing a marketing strategy, including social media, monthly newsletters, and eblast content.

The Research and Partnership VISTA will also increase data management and reporting efforts through research, development, and implementation of policies and processes to improve efficiency.
