ESCs premier client is seeking a Supply Chain Capacity Analyst to join their Robotics team The role will have you executing daily inventory transactions and developing weekly reports identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. This position will report onsite during training, and transition to a hybrid role reporting in North Reading, MA. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily inventory transactions, handle exceptions, and conduct analysis.
• Escalate customer-impacting issues to relevant stakeholders and management.
• Develop weekly reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process streamlining and waste reduction measures.
• Update and maintain documentation for internal training and reference.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, minimize waste, and enhance resource allocation within the supply chain network.
• Utilize your analytical and logical skills to address complex supply chain challenges.
• Develop inventive solutions that boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain and update internal documentation

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Transportation, Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics.
• Strong mathematical, logical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Expertise in Oracle EBS, Agile PLM, and EDI transactions.
• Proficiency in creating and managing models using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
• Strong analytical abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an analyst or a focus on supply chain management in higher education.
• Prior work experience with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
