Description

The Server administrators are responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems and servers.

Server Administrator installs hardware and software, and participates in continuously improve and keep up with the backend servers / systems of applications hosted on State Data Center/ Cloud Infrastructure.

Server administrators also actively resolve problems and issues with computer and server systems. Maintain Redhat and Red Hat Linux servers in an enterprise environment. Should have any one of OEM Certification (Redhat/Oracle/Linux).

Internet Information Server, Apache, Tomcat, Node
SVN, GIT, Azure DevOps CICD for release management
Powersell & other Server side Scripting
LDAP/ AD Management
DNS, DHCP Management
SAN, NAS Management
Basic DB side administration including backup & restore for MySQL, Postgres, MS-SQL & Oracle
Exposure on State Data Center / National Datacenter / AWS / Azure or other Cloud operations
Re-installation in the event of system crash/failures
Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
Education Qualification
Graduate with having diploma/Server/System Administrator or equivalent work experience.
