About the Team

The Store Manager will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. As the Store Manager, you will fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture, productwhilsttaking immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the exciting opportunity to spend quality time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and working alongsideyourteam to drive sales.As the Store Manager, you willcoach and manage a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates.

• Build your network and inspire to bring the best talent into Pandora across seasonal and core hiring includingAssistant Store Manager,Sales Associates andSales Leads.
• Partnerwith the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resourceteamtoidentifyandresolveanyperformanceissues and policy violations.
• Utilize yourbrillianceacrosstalent, brand, operations, and fan experience, guaranteeing thetimelyimplementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent development.

Qualifications

• Youcandemonstrateyou'rearesults-orientatedleaderwith at least 3-5 years of experience as a Store Managerina high-performance selling environment.
• Youhave developed a sense ofCarein yourcommunication skills both written and verbal.
• You know how tocharmandcaptivate an audience with the ability toconnect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Your business acumen is sharper than adiamond,coupled with your analytical thinking that canshow andDeliverpositive results.
• You'rea talent magnet, skilled in recruiting,retaining, and developing exceptional teams. Succession planning and internal mobility.
• Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems.
• You are at least 18 years or older and can provide proof ofidentifyand eligibility to work.

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, anadditional100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores.

Today, the USA is Pandora's single largest market. The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
