Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team on-site in Baton Rouge, LA. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day office tasks, coordinate schedules, manage correspondence, assist in document preparation, and maintain organized records. Additionally, the role will include supporting team members, liaising with clients, managing supplies, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and possess strong organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative skills, including scheduling, filing, and organization
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and team correspondence
- Time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Experience in customer service or client relations is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Baton Rouge, LA with a positive and team-oriented attitude
- Previous experience in office administration, an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in administration preferred
