Lead our sales strategy, build strong relationships with partners, and drive revenue growth across diverse markets, including maritime, humanitarian, military, and consumer sectors.
What You'll Do
- Develop and lead the go to market strategy for a new to the market system in the B2B and Retail Sales Channels and execute to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and establish relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners in maritime, humanitarian, and retail markets.
- Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with Development and Production team to set demand plan and production targets aligned with company goals as well as act as voice of customer to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market positioning.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to the needs of clients and partners.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Represent Vital Lyfe at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the brand and build networks.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in the water treatment, desalination, maritime, or consumer technology industries.
- Existing network of distributors or partners in relevant markets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and sustainability.

Location Requirement: Ability to work 100% onsite in Torrance, CA (remote or hybrid work will not be considered)
