- Fully qualified as a Registered Nurse with at least one year of experience in Home Health settings
- Demonstrable skillset includes comprehensive patient assessments, individualized care plans,
guided medication administration, treatments including wound care according to prescription,
effective monitoring of progress adapting the plan accordingly; educating patients on disease management,
hazards prevention techniques—patient safety being an utmost priority.
