- Must have a valid Driver's License.
- Combination of at least 2 years of customer service experience and 1 year maintenance/construction experience.
- Background in the construction industry.
- Proficiency using technology in the field.
- Ability to perform and train others on service issues, including common problem diagnosis and basic construction repair techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for communicating with internal and external parties in a manner that is both articulate and professional.
- Ability to provide timely and empathetic help through in-person, phone, and email to ensure the customer's needs are at the forefront of every interaction.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred
