Business Development Manager Job Description:
Rx Relief, a leader in Pharmacy recruiting, is currently searching for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join their growing team
The Business Development Manager is a self-starter, goal-oriented, and energetic individual who is successful in understanding and delivering recruiting solutions for their assigned customers in the healthcare provider industry.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong relationship skills, and push to exceed sales goals.
The Business Development Manager is a full-time position in Fresno, CA, other areas will be considered for the right candidate.
Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
Develop Their Assigned Territory Through Identifying, Establishing Business, & Growing Key Accounts
Set Meetings to Present Rx Relief's Capabilities to Prospective Customers Both Virtually & In-Person
Meet Quarterly & Annual Sales Goals
Maintain Relationships at The Decision Maker Level With High Potential Accounts
Land & Expand Mentality to Capture All Opportunities Within Their Customers
Develop Business Relationships Through Active Participation in Pharmacy Industry Events, Conferences & Conventions
Business Development Manager Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Bachelor's Required May be Substituted For Related Industry Experience
3-5 Years of Experience in Sales Within Staffing, Healthcare Experience Preferred
Demonstrates Exception Leadership in Representing Rx Relief
Ability to Make Independent Decisions & Exercise Sound Judgment & Discretion
Excellent Written, Verbal & Interpersonal Communication Skills
Rx Relief Hiring Requirements:
Must be Over 18 Years of Age
Must be Willing to Submit to a Pre-Employment Background Check
Must be Willing to Submit to a drug Screen
Must be Able to Provide Proof of Eligibility to Work in The U.S.
