Job summary

The Business Support Manager is responsible for managing diverse administrative functions for a large department or business unit at Bank of America.

They oversee financial control and budgeting processes as well as personnel procedures and audit compliance. The role requires working knowledge of the department's functional area or products.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams and stakeholders. They should also be able to execute event strategies from conception to delivery with minimal direction.
