    Responsibilities
    • Work in an entry level position providing basic patient care under nursing supervision.
    • Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and other ADLs.
    • Observe patients' progress to prepare and disseminate reports to Registered Nurse.
    • Obtain and record patients' vital signs and collects specimens for lab tests. Provide basic patient transport and housekeeping duties.
    Qualifications

    Job Requirements
    • Must have BLS certification within 30 days of hire or transfer into position
    Preferred Job Requirements
    • 0-1-year experience in acute or long-term care
    • High School or GED
    • Completion of High School PCT competencies
