Job Description Job Description We are looking for an on-site (1 day office, 4 days remote) Developer/Analyst for a contract-to-hire position in Milwaukee, WI.This position would be W2 only and the candidate cannot require current or future sponsorship.
The ideal background would be 2+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development and requirements/analysis.
You will be working cross-functionally with the development team, System Architect, and the Director of Development to deliver projects successfully in an Agile environment.
The career path for this individual would be utilizing current/recent development experience to grow into a leadership functional role of Business Analyst/Scrum Master working with development and the business on a day-to-day basis.
Skill Set:
Object-oriented or database/backend programming (preferably .Net, Java, Python, JavaScript, C/C++, PERL, PHP, R, etc.
SQL queries, stored procedures, and knowledge of databases and data warehouses.
Functional experience including requirements gathering, stand-ups, reports, and presentations.
