- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or associates degree with 2 years' experience in similar position, or 4 years' experience in a similar position.
- Experience reading and interpreting construction schedules required.
- Similar position/s must include contract, project management and scheduling experience. Estimating experience preferred, but not required.
- Must have a driver's license valid in New York State and reliable means of transportation.
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate with all management levels.
- Must have exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Some NYS travel required.
- OSHA 30.
