    OVERVIEW OF THE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT ROLE:

    • Efficiently manage the customer billing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in invoicing.
    • Oversee the accounts payable function, meticulously handling vendor transactions and payments.
    • Streamline and process expense reports, implementing effective controls for accuracy and compliance.
    • Navigate the complexities of non-income tax regulations, including GST, B&O, Sales, and others, ensuring meticulous and compliant processing.
    • Execute thorough and precise account reconciliations to maintain the integrity of financial records and promptly address any discrepancies.
    • Conduct in-depth account analysis to provide valuable insights, identify trends, and support informed decision-making within the organization.
    • Apply your expertise in generating accurate and comprehensive general journal entries, contributing to the overall financial accuracy and transparency of the organization.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT ROLE:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • 3-5 years of accounting experience
    • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
    • Proven experience in Full-Cycle Accounting roles, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end accounting processes.
    • Proficiency in various transaction processing tasks, including customer billing, accounts payable, and expense reporting.
    • Strong knowledge of non-income tax processing, encompassing GST, B&O, Sales, and other relevant tax regulations.
    • Demonstrated expertise in account reconciliations, account analysis, and the preparation of precise general journal entries.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
