- Review VTC user request, schedule and manage VTC sessions.
- Provide pre-conference testing and setup for video teleconferences and/or meetings.
- Ensure full interoperability and a seamless connection between all internal and external systems to include, but not limited to, DISN Video Services - Global (DVS-G), NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and JWICS.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining VTC endpoints
- Installing and configuring VTC application and system software and upgrades
- Analyze, test, modify and manage VTC infrastructure, such as MCUs and gatekeepers.
- Monitor and respond to hardware and software problems utilizing a variety of hardware and software testing tools and techniques.
- Troubleshooting and repairing hardware and network connectivity issues
- Removing old equipment and performing data migration to new machines
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
