- High School Diploma or GED required
- 7 years minimum of successful forward-facing support to the customer and or patient, preferable in a patient care environment. (Required)
- Communicates with nursing staff and patients / families about unexpected wait times delaying surgery start time.
- Responds to all inquiries promptly, courteously, and in a professional manner.
- Demonstrates knowledge of the facility layout to assist patients and visitors as necessary to their destination.
- Audit for successful adoption and application of The Community Way by caregivers and share feedback regarding performance with key operations leaders.
- Maintain good communication and cooperative relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Maintains confidentiality of information.
- Provides and shares resource information regarding ancillary support services and recognition programs offered by the Community Health Network and its partners.
