    This position will work within Cushman & Wakefieldâs (C&W) Global Occupier Services (GOS) Commercial Operations team and will support the management of key commercial programs and the commercial pricing function within commercial team.

    This professional must be extremely organized, proactive in managing information, and will interact on a regular basis with the larger commercial, sales, legal & risk, and account/client delivery teams across the GOS organization, so must have a collaborative, positive outlook, and excellent communication skills.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Commercial Management:
    Support process development, program improvement, and quality initiatives for global commercial programs
    Develop reports measuring program impact for the leadership team, with support from the
    Document and follow up on takeaways from Americas Regional Commercial Committee and Integrated Portfolio Management Commercial Committee
    Periodically monitor the activity in several international regions and identifying and escalating any issues/concerns
    Support other Commercial Committee activities, when needed
    Assist with preparation and organization of materials for Commercial Readiness programs, as well as broader Commercial Training programs
    Support the Commercial Management team with collection, follow-up, and organization of data and information from account teams for Health Check-up and Renewal Readiness
    Contribute to template development and tracking progress of commercial health of accounts and pursuits throughout the lifecycle of the end-to-end commercial program
    Take ownership of the Commercial Teams site
    Liaise with global teams to ensure global adoption of all programs

    Pricing Support:
    Support development of pricing models for commercial real estate outsourcing pursuits across all lines of business (Facility Management, Transaction Management, Portfolio Administration, Project Management, Space Planning & Occupancy, and other related offerings)
    Complete client pricing templates and deliverables for Requests for Proposal responses
    Partner with senior Pricing Team members to consolidate pricing for regional and global multi-service line pursuits into a proforma model that assesses deal profitability
    Partner with Pricing Team leadership to support process improvements and strategic initiatives
    Support projects for the broader Commercial team, as needed
    REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
    Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a similar field
    Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
    Proficient in other Microsoft Office programs, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint
    Experience in Smartsheets
    Comfortable working with, aggregating and analyzing large sets of disparate data
    Strong attention to detail and precise with numbers
    Experience with financial modeling and knowledge of financial terms and principles
    Approaches tasks proactively; does not shy away from asking questions and raising issues to senior team members
    Effective organizational and research skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a timely and thorough manner
    Excellent oral and written communication skills

    PREFERRED SKILLS
    Proficient in Microsoft Power BI or other similar programs (Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)
    Proficiency configuring and managing sites on Microsoft SharePoint platform
    Experience collaborating effectively in a global and matrixed organization
    Self-starter that thrives in a high-growth business environment
    Ability to occasionally travel for internal meetings
