Joining our award-winning Field Service team means you will be pivotal in the installation, maintenance, and resolution of issues related to our acclaimed games at customer locations. What you'll do in this customer-facing role:

Perform preventative maintenance on EGM's (Electronic Gaming Machines), ETG's (Electronic Table Games), and equipment, ensuring compliance with Gaming Commission and company standards
Ensure the proper functioning of EGM's and ETG's through diagnostic tests, software configurations, and functional testing
Check EGM's status daily using the Management Terminal (MT)
Assemble and prepare accessories for installations as required
Complete accurate Incident Reports following Gaming Commission and company standards
Maintain precise maintenance records
Keep detailed daily/weekly tech logs
Adhere to L&W's Field Service standards, policies, and procedures
Follow safety protocols (vehicle safety, loading games, ladder use, electricity)
Ensure all tools and equipment are in good, safe, working condition
Stay updated on Light & Wonder Field Advisories and eLearning
Discuss customer issues with management and technical lead as needed

Requirements:

Minimum 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and obtain/maintain necessary gaming licenses
1 year of experience in assembling, testing, and repairing electronic gaming devices OR 6 months experience with a gaming school certificate
Ability to troubleshoot problems down to an assembly level
Basic knowledge of electricity, electronics, and mechanics of gaming devices
Understanding of network communication and troubleshooting
Capable of regularly lifting and carrying 50 lbs. short distances
Transport heavy equipment using appropriate moving devices
Demonstrate safe use of hand and power tools
Basic PC operation knowledge and awareness of security risks
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
Read and understand Light & Wonder schematics and service manuals
Prepare projects or installations with minimal supervision
Maintain positive customer relations
Knowledgeable in Light & Wonder gaming devices up to assembly level
Strong problem-solving abilities
Flexibility for travel and working in different facilities

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Background in college-level electronics is beneficial
