    Overview:

    This full-time Sales and Service Representative role will be located at 3800 Journey Parkway in Norman, Oklahoma. It is responsible for processing transactions and other customer service requests in the branch, facilitating customer awareness and education of bank capabilities, tools, and resources, and supporting the sales efforts of a branch team by identifying and referring sales opportunities to the appropriate bank partner.

    Responsibilities:

    The essential functions of the job include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:

    • Engaging customers in conversation to understand their banking needs and preferences
    • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
    • Providing assistance with account servicing needs
    • Facilitating customer awareness and education of bank services, including digital banking capabilities
    • Introducing customers to other branch team members or bank partners who are able to provide solutions for their financial needs
    Qualifications:
    • Required Education: High School Diploma or GED
    • Required Experience: 1+ years of recent Retail Banking experience
    • Preferred Experience: 3+ months in a sales role, 6+ months in a cash-handling role
    • Preferred Skills:
      • Knowledge of retail banking products and services
      • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
      • Cold-calling
