Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the freight forwarding industry, with a focus on overdimensional and overweight industrial projects. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive range of shipping and logistics services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients in need of air, ocean, and land shipping and logistics solutions, with a specific focus on overdimensional and overweight industrial projects.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for additional services.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet clients' specific shipping and logistics requirements.

Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to identify potential business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our services and expand our client base.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, with a strong focus on overdimensional and overweight industrial projects.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of international shipping, logistics, and freight forwarding processes and regulations.

Strong understanding of overdimensional and overweight cargo handling and transportation requirements.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Proficiency in relevant sales and customer relationship management tools and software.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
