As a Business Operations Manager working on the Sales Operations team in New York City, you will own and manage the core operational aspects of the global Publisher sales organization.

    This includes developing processes to drive efficiencies across the organization to support the day-to-day of the Publisher Sales and Account Management teams.


    What skills and qualifications do I need?For this role it is essential that you have:3-5+ years of sales operations, business consulting, business operationsSolid experience with Salesforce, MS Excel (or Google Sheets) and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., QlikSense, Tableau).Ability to understand high-level Sales and Account Management strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure successful execution and business impactProven ability collecting business intelligence, monitoring and identifying trends within data, and making sound business recommendations to managementSQL skills and comfortable learning new software systemsAbility to lead projects, influence key internal stakeholders, and work collaboratively in a matrix organizationNice to haves include:Ad-Tech industry experience Knowledge working with prospecting enrichment or customer success toolsWhat will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?As a Business Operations Manager you will: Strategize and manage the development of Sales and Account Management processes, tools, knowledge and skillsEvaluate existing Sales operations technology platforms and determine optimal tools for overall success, reporting and KPIsEnsure systems are in place and are utilized to capture and report on Sales and Account Management KPIs, including develop integration roadmaps for various systems and processesConduct analysis to gain deeper insights into our business and help Sales and Account Management teams understand how to scale, manage and grow our business predictably and profitablyLead projects and initiatives with a focus on improving productivity and simplifying processes throughout the Publisher organizationWork collaboratively with internal Taboola teams (BI, Information System, Legal and FInance) in order to provide the best service to the global Sales teamCommunicates key process information, deadlines, task definition, etc.

    to groups within the sales organizationPerform Analysis of business sales process, provide recommendation and actions based on the strategic objectives and rollout new processesResponsible for the ongoing data integrity in the CRM system and conducting ongoing analysis to validate data accuracy.
