    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Goddard, Kansas. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality speech and language services to students, fostering their academic and personal growth. This position involves assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' needs.
    • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational goals.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' progress and therapy sessions.
    • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for goal setting and progress monitoring.
    • Stay informed about current research and best practices in speech-language pathology.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
    • Current Kansas State License in Speech-Language Pathology.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
    • Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) licensure for Speech-Language Pathologists.
    • Experience working in a school setting preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with a team.

    Required Licensure and Certifications:

    • Kansas State License in Speech-Language Pathology.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
    • Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) Speech-Language Pathologist License.
