As a Project Management Consultant at Emory Healthcare, you'll be instrumental in leveraging data to optimize clinical service lines, enhancing quality while reducing costs.
Your role involves analyzing clinical and financial data, supporting program activities, and producing reports to monitor key performance indicators. Additionally, you'll act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and progress towards organizational objectives.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related business field.
Three (3) years of progressive related experience.
Equivalent combinations of education/experience may be considered.
Knowledge of project management techniques.
Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills required.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Access.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Data Analysis :
Analyzes and evaluates various sources of clinical and financial data to support clinical service lines, aiming to reduce costs, improve quality, and further the goals and objectives of EHC administration
Program Support :
Supports overall program activities, including managing deliverables, status reporting, and risk escalation
Data Coordination :
Coordinates collection, interpretation, and analysis of clinical and financial data to respond to proposals for new products, services, and/or programs
Validation of Data :
Identifies and validates sources of data, including medical records, financial data, competitor data, patient volumes, and benchmark data from other institutions
Project Implementation :
Assists project teams in designing and implementing care paths, utilization reduction, cost containment, and development of standards
Reporting:
Develops and produces reports monitoring and benchmarking cost, utilization, and other quality and key performance indicators
Evaluation and Recommendations:
Assists in the ongoing evaluation of products, programs, and/or clinical initiatives, recommending modifications and corrective actions as appropriate
Stakeholder Liaison:
Maintains liaison with physicians, administrators, hospital departments, third-party payors, and clinical personnel to facilitate progress of clinical service line programs and objectives
Financial and Statistical
Reporting:
Maintains data and prepares reports summarizing financial and statistical information related to work unit's budget, accounts, activities, program clientele, and operations
Understanding Healthcare Dynamics:
Develops understanding of healthcare provider challenges, operating models, high-level value chains, volume/price relationships, and ways in which Emory Healthcare generates revenue and incurs costs
Trend Analysis:
Models trends and develops appropriate recommendations or conclusions
MINIMUM QULIFICATIONS:
