- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all equipment per manufacturer specifications
- Daily inspection and adjustment of building systems including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, etc.
- Resolve maintenance issues in guestrooms and public spaces through repairs, painting, replacements as needed
- Utilize hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair duties
- Communicate supply needs and job status to supervisor
- Maintain appearance of building interior and exterior
- Adhere to all maintenance work order policies and procedures
- Greet guests and maintain high standards of excellence
- Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: 2+ years building maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry and painting
- Skilled in use of hand and power tools
- Possession of required licenses/certificates
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Capability to follow verbal and written instructions
