    Role:

    Our Digital Services Manager will oversee the Credit Union's eBanking and Digital Services team and all integrated third-party systems. The overall responsibility is to improve operational efficiency and support innovative solutions on a rapidly expanding digital platform.

    What you will be doing:

    • Responsible for coaching and developing staff to provide exceptional service, monitoring workflow, and managing the eBanking and digital services department.
    • Drives improvements to policies, procedures, and processes; re-engineer (as needed) to maximize effectiveness and efficiency. Become the subject matter expert in all applicable systems, determining best practices, and helping to develop digital roadmaps that align with the Credit Union's strategic objectives.
    • Manages tool and technology development to improve member experience and efficiency for the Credit Union's digital products and services.
    • Manages relationships and coordination of outsourced resources.
    • Responsible for managing and improving the digital account opening process.
    • Works cross-functionally and in collaboration with business systems analysts on transforming analytics into actionable insights within the digital platform.
    • Helps lead the Credit Union's ongoing digital product management efforts and campaigns to include performance reporting and insights.
    • Designs and implements new systems, processes, & methods that integrate digital applications with current and future products and services.
    • Ensures Digital Services is compliance with all policy, enterprise risk appetite, and regulatory requirements.
    • Performs financial analysis of Digital Services revenue and profitability.
    • Develops digital strategies and ensures their execution.
    • Develops and implements Digital Services' business continuity.
    • Identifies gaps in services and design and implementing appropriate changes to address them.
    • Directs various digital services related projects.
    • Performs additional job-related duties as assigned.

    What you'll bring along:

    • (1) A bachelor's degree or (2) achievement of formal certification recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree.
    • 3 years of increasing responsibility in supervision of digital services in a financial services environment.
    • Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
    • Experience working with Meridian Link preferred.
    • Experience working with Symitar preferred.
    • Experience working with PSCU or Fiserv (First Data), preferred.
    • Knowledge and experience with applicable credit union and banking regulations.
