    - Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
    - Develop and Enhance relationships with major customer accounts.
    - Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
    - Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
    - Understand industry trends and landscapes specifically in the mechanical parts manufacturing.
    - Prepare annual sales and marketing plans to accurately forecast budgets and achieve required operating results.
    - Soliciting business, Meeting with customers for the potential opportunities.
    - Review the customers' PO and supervise the PO processing with the account managers.
    - Resolve the mechanical engineering issues with the customer PO.
    - Negotiate with customers and vendors to maximize the profit and secure orders.
    - Research any specific new market and share those with vendors to expand the sales territory.
    - Manage logistics with the best scenario to maximize profits.
    - Supervise the rework projects in case of customer claims. [Qualifications]
    - Education: bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
    - Language: Korean/English bilingual a must.
    - 10+ years of experience in the manufacturing company.
    - Proficient in CAD or SolidWorks.
