    JCW is partnering with a top 100 Law Firm out of their Chicago, Dallas, and Houston locations to bring on a CRM Specialist.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the Firm's CRM software as well as their email campaign software and the focus will be on data quality, onboarding new attorneys, and training, etc.

    Responsibilities
    Oversee the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the CRM software; serve as product champion throughout the Firm.
    Onboard new lawyers to the CRM
    Work closely with members of the Digital Marketing team on other assigned tasks as necessary. This may include but is not limited to website and blog postings.

    Qualifications
    3-5 years of experience working in a professional services environment. Preferably the legal industry
    3-5 years working with a CRM
    Experience with Vuture, the email marketing campaign software
