    Position: Investor Relations Associate

    Omninet is seeking a candidate with excellent communication skills to interact with joint venture partners. This role will play a crucial part in our finance department, providing analytical support for investment decisions and fostering strong relationships with our investors. This is an incredible opportunity for a candidate with initiative and passion for the real estate industry to join a thriving, diverse, fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial investment firm. Compensation will be competitive and based on experience. Position requires travel.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Investor Relations:

    · Formulate and execute equity raise plan with managing partners to strategically grow the commercial real estate portfolio. Draft detailed investment memos for equity partners.

    · Quarterly update packages including analysis of financial statements and NOI trends and cash flow analysis for partner distributions.

    · Interact with investors daily, which requires thorough understanding of operations, competitive advantages and position in the marketplace, as well as partnership details such as equity and debt structures, distribution waterfalls and returns statistics.

    · Prepare and present marketing presentations/materials to many end-users, including potential UHNW investors, Investment Advisory and Institutional firms.

    · Represent the company at conferences, industry events and one-on-one meetings with equity partners and lenders.

    · Maintain all investor documents and ensure compliance.

    · Draft and distribute corporate marketing materials, internally and externally.

    Financial Analysis:

    · Conduct thorough financial analysis of potential real estate investments, including financial modeling, valuation, and risk management.

    · Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders and investors.

    · Monitor and analyze financial performance of existing properties, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.

    Market Research:

    · Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes impacting the real estate investment landscape.

    · Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support investment decision-making and investor communications.

    Collaboration and Support:

    · Collaborate closely with other departments, including acquisitions, asset management, and finance, to support various initiatives and projects.

    · Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and business plans, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    · Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field

    · Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, communication, or real estate finance

    · Thorough understanding of investment terminology

    · Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with investors and present complex financial information in a clear and compelling manner.

    · Excellent organizational and writing skills.

    · Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    · Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and analysis.

    · Knowledge of real estate markets, investment principles, and regulatory requirements.

    · Ability to work independently as well as a part of a collaborative team.

    · Commitment to values and strong business ethics are required.

    · Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills required.
